Angsana Bintan Hotel Lagoi, Lagoi

The hotel really surprised me with its spacious rooms, including a separate bedroom and a lounge room with a fantastic balcony stretching across both. It was perfect for relaxing and cooling off whenever needed. The gym was also a great addition, making my stay very comfortable.

The hotel rooms didn't live up to the price we paid and were looking a bit tired. However, I enjoyed staying in the island suite and found it generally clean, except for a surprise encounter with a cockroach in my bathroom one night.

The hotel has a beautiful beach location but shows signs of aging. The staff are friendly and customer-centric. The dining experience offers a good variety of food. Facilities are satisfying, though slight maintenance is needed. Value for money is reasonable.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were a tremendous place to enjoy the sunrise and rest and relax, providing great accommodation. The service was so warm and nice, with special attention from Mr Sandro, the Front Office Manager. The location was good for snorkeling with a quiet atmosphere. The dining experience offered delicious options with lots of choices. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a fantastic stay.

The hotel is secluded, requiring transportation to explore outside, but it's a decent location for snorkeling with room for improvement in FnB pricing. The staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful, ready to accommodate last-minute requests. The dining options vary widely, though some are overpriced. The rooms, though in need of renovation, are pleasant despite a lingering cigarette smell.
